About Me
About Me:
Hi! My name is Caraline. After moving around the country for most of my life, my family and I finally settled in the Southeastern United States and have been living here since 2014. The past three years have been some of the best years of my life, and I love it down here! I like to be incredibly busy, and I juggle quite a lot of activities throughout the school year. I'm apart of my school's First Robotics team, president of my school's Technology Student Association chapter, and enjoy spending time volunteering through Samaritan's Purse's Operation Christmas Child. My Internship: I'm currently a senior in high school, and am part of the county's Honor's Mentorship Program. Through HMP, I have had the opportunity to spend time at the county's recycling and waste department with my mentor, Mr. Smith. I spend three to six hours each week diving into the world of engineering and community outreach, and I absolutely love it! Over the course of the last few months, I've been able to visit several water treatment sites, the county's engineering firm, and help out elementary schoolers as they learn about the environment. My Goals: This blog started out as a way to show the world how awesome and beneficial a mentorship can be, but also highlights some of the things that go on throughout my crazy life. I am an aspiring engineer, and hope to get my bachelor's in environmental engineering. My goal is to get accepted into a college where I can pursue my major. |
I hope you enjoy reading about my life's adventures.
